Lufthansa has cancelled 800 flights because of strike of pilots

The German airline of Lufthansa has cancelled on Monday, on February, 22nd, about 800 flights because of the beginning of four-day strike of pilots, informs Associated Press. The number of the cancelled flights makes about half from all flights of Lufthansa planned on this day.

Basically distant flights — from Germany in different cities of the USA, including to New York and Chicago have been cancelled. The schedule of internal flights and flights in the European countries practically has not undergone to change.
