At the Czech schools will forbid mobile phones

The Ministry of Education of Czechia intends to forbid use of mobile phones at country schools, radio station Cesky Rozhlas informs. With the corresponding request in department the group of teachers of initial and average educational institutions has addressed.

Formal rules

Formally corrected behaviour at school forbid to use phones at lessons. However teachers complain, that pupils constantly break this interdiction. Schoolboys correspond text messages and communicate in Facebook. Pupils often remove teachers on video and spread video in the Internet where they are supplied with offensive comments.

In amendments to the law it is supposed to forbid using of mobile phones not only in classes, but also in all territory of educational institutions. Teachers also will acquire the right to take away a telephone set if the pupil intends to disobey. The list of cases in which schoolboys can take advantage of the mobile will be thus certain.

According to radio station, 84% of the Czech schoolboys own mobile phones.

Care of children

In May, 2009 it became known, that introduction of an interdiction for using mobile phones at schools plans the government of France. Then necessity of so strict measures have explained aspiration to protect children from every possible harmful influence of electromagnetic radiation.
